Additional Property Attributes

The blighted and asbestos contaminated structures on site were abated and demolished with other funding. The site was left as greenspace and purchased by a nearby hospital for unplanned development. Environmental professional oversaw and confirmed abatement and demolition completed to regulations and specs.
