CHS Equity Supply Convenience Store is part of a larger land swap with Flathead County Economic Development Authority to redevelop downtown industrial complexes into more appropriate commercial and residential development. Former Use: The CHS Equity Supply Convenience Store has been operating as a gas station. UPDATE: New owner of the property in February 2020. The redevelopment project currently under way will transform the former country store and gas station into Downtown Commons, a multi-use office space that is now home to longtime Kalispell retailer, Alpine Lighting as well as a physical therapy office and title company.
