Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is located at 1680 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Brevard County, Florida. The site consists of a 1.33-acre parcel of land (Brevard County Property Appraiser Parcel ID 24-36-20-00-291) and an approximately 1.32-acre portion of a 7.64-acre parcel of partially wooded land (Brevard County Property Appraiser Parcel ID 24-36-20-00-289). Based on a review of the historical information, the site was undeveloped land from at least 1943 until 1987, when the site was developed with the current bank building and associated parking area. The on-site building was historically occupied by The American Bank, 1st United Bank Cocoa and Wachovia.
