Additional Property Attributes

Former hospital owned and operated by the Town of Silver Cit from approximately 1945-1980. Building had been vacant for about 25 years, and under private ownership for part of that time. Silver City purchased the property from a private owner in 2004. Asbestos containing building materials, lead based paint, and pigeon and/or rodent droppings exist throughout the building. Testing has show asbestos to not to be problematic is soils on the property. The building is in a dire state of disrepair due to vandalism and neglect. PPF � Hillcrest Hospital, 7/10/2006
