Property has been subdivided into 3 parcels: 2301 North Westport being redeveloped into Viking Glass's new building (currently under construction) 2215 North Westport proposed storage units (construction scheduled for summer 2018) 3300 Frontage Road proposed motel (construction scheduled for late spring 2018)

Former Use: The Former Howard Johnson�s Motel was constructed in 1971 for commercial use and operated as a motel and restaurant from 1971 to 2010. The building was razed from the Site in July 2010, and the Site has since been vacant. Paved parking and the former building slab on grade foundation cover the northern and eastern portions of the Site; the remainder of the Site is undeveloped/landscaped area. Surrounding properties are a mix of commercial and light industrial use. An active gasoline service station is located adjacent to the northwest portion of the Site.
