Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Before the building occupying the Property was constructed in 1971, the Property was likely vacant land and/or agricultural cropland. During the mid- to late-1970s, a printing business occupied the Property. Since at least the early 1980s to 2016, the Property was occupied by various businesses providing health services to individuals with disabilities with the Property building used as office space and as an education and training center for individuals with developmental disabilities. The building is currently being used for storage. A paved parking lot covers the majority of the North Parcel with grassy areas along the western edge.
