Additional Property Attributes

The Property is situated on approximately 0.05 acres and contained one approximately 3,219-square-foot, two-story building. The building covered almost the entirety of the parcel; however, there was a small dirt lot in the rear of the building. The building was constructed of wood. The exterior walls were covered with textured, painted stucco. The interior walls were covered with drywall and finished with textured, painted stucco. There were wooden floors and pressed tin ceilings. The Property was vacant and unoccupied at the time of the site reconnaissance. The first story of the building was last used for retail purposes. A storage closest located at the southern portion of the building appeared to have an unmarked 5-gallon bucket along with other miscellaneous items. The environmental professional observed an additional 5-gallon bucket which contained paint at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second story. The second story appeared to last be used for residential purposes. An entrance at the southern part of the building provided access to the residence. The residence appeared to have past water damage due to the ceiling caving in and what appeared to be mold was observed in the building. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the environmental professional did not observe RECs or indicators of RECs on the Property.
