Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located on the north side of Wheless Lane just east of the intersection of Cameron Road and U.S. Highway 290.There are currently two structures located on the subject property. The structures consist of a 32-unit apartment complex (four separate buildings sharing a common roof) and a small building used as a laundry room and office.The apartment complex was partially damaged by a 2014 fire.The property owner plans to redevelop the apartment complex under green standards for energy efficiency.

Former Use: He was aware that the subject property was formerly used as a farm/ranch. He stated that the property contained a single family residence before it was developed as an apartment complex.
