Additional Property Attributes

This property is a four-parcel lot in the heart of east Austin. It has been used as a commercial facility for decades. The owners will redevelop the property into mixed use commercial and residential. No RECs were found onsite, but there is a former UST adjacent upgradient offsite that is a REC. A Phase II has not been conducted.

Former Use: Current site use is for a general commercial construction office with vehicle and equipment staging and a tin warehouse for protection of equipment from the elements. A portion of the property is utilized as a field office for a small local landscaping firm with vehicle staging and a tin warehouse for equipment storage. Additionally, a small home that was built in the 1930's as well as a small mobile construction trailer used for on-site security and are located on the site. The property previously housed a defunct ice production facility which was demolished and removed at the time of purchase in 1997. Prior to that the owner had no knowledge of what was located on the site. There is no knowledge if, when or how if any contamination may (or may not) have taken place.
