This site is part of a 5-acre tract collectively known as Centre Plaza. There are two different owners, one for this tract, and another for the 3.19 acre tract. This parcel is known as Home Builder's Association, HBA. It is located next to a known landfill. Assessments were done on an entire parcel, just over 5 acres. They share the same address because they are vacant land. Both the Hazardous and Petroleum grant were used to fund these assessments.

Former Use: The contamination found on the adjacent property, Centre Plaza, in conjunction with the methane levels on this property and the lack of access to the property, makes this a difficult property to redevelop. The applicant decided to not purchase the property.
