This property is part of the eleven-property Riverfront Triangle complex bounded by Orange Street, West Broadway Street, and the Clark Fork River. Riverfront Triangle Partners, Clark Fork Riverfront Properties, and the City of Missoula ? with a huge boost from an EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant and from an EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grant ? have assessed ten of the properties; cleaned up the five that required remediation; and signed development agreements that will result in a $100 million redevelopment including a state-of-the-art music venue, other commercial ventures, and housing. Former Use: This residential structure has been part of the St. Pat's medical complex in latter years. Vacant in latter times, it was acquired by Riverfront Triangle Partners in early 2017.
