Additional Property Attributes

City purchased this property as part of ongoing flood control for this neighborhood. The property will remain greenspace to aid in runoff control in its future use. The home will be moved off site to aid in reducing flood risk to the neighborhood.

Former Use: The Property was either vacant or possibly used for agricultural purposes until the late 1950s. In 1959, a single-family home was constructed. A detached garage was added in 1973. The Property continues to be used for residential purposes to the present day.
