Additional Property Attributes

Property shares a common wall with former dry cleaner (19 West Main Street), where chlorinated solvents were observed in soil during a Phase II ESA in 2017. Phase I ESA was only conducted on the site.

Former Use: The Property is developed with an approximately 6,000-square-foot, three-story with basement, multi-unit commercial/residential building (Property building). The Property building is part of a row of downtown storefronts and shares party walls with the western and eastern adjacent buildings. The 120-year-old Property building is wood-d and constructed of brick and wood, with wood flooring and a partially concrete and dirt floor basement. The basement has limestone foundation walls. Historical uses include retail/storefront operations.
