Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 0.36 acres developed with a 1,515 square foot, single story retail store and a 972 square foot pole barn. The remainder of the Property consists of asphalt-paved parking and driveways to the north and east of the building. Historical records indicate the Property was likely first developed for agricultural use prior to 1938. Between 1938 and 1955, the Property remained vacant until the construction of the current building in 1955. Between 1955 and the early to mid-1970s, the Property operated as a Gulf fueling station. Circa 1975, the Property was acquired by Fuller Sports and Lawn Center and has been used for power lawn equipment sales and service ever since. Three 4000-gallon gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) and one gasoline pump-island were removed from the Property circa 1972. Additionally, a fuel oil UST that was historically used to heat the subject Property building was removed in March 2004. As of 2004, a 500-gallon waste oil UST was located north of the sales building and was used to collect waste oil from the onsite service operations. Finally, a 350-gallon fuel oil above-ground storage tank (AST) was located immediately southeast of the sales building.
