Submitted receptor survey to NDDH for review on 3/5/2018. Also a SSAP for an absestos survey was submitted to EPA on 3/25/2018 for approval.

Former Use: The Property is located at 92 Northern Pacific (NP) Avenue N in an industrial/ commercial setting in downtown Fargo. The Property is comprised of four parcels totaling 10.4-acres hosting twenty buildings totaling 102,560 square-feet. The Property operated as the Fargo Foundry from 1905 to 1976 and as Mid American Steel (steel fabrication) from 1976 to present. Current buildings consist of the following: Warehouse, Miscellaneous Steel Cutting Shop, Sand Blasting Shop, Paint Shop, Shipping & Receiving, Plate & Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication Shop, Forming & Shearing Shop, Plate Work & Tank Fabrication Shop, Lobby & Offices, Tool Room, Machine Shop, Generator Room, Structural Steel Fabrication Shop #1, Structural Steel Fabrication Shop #2, Reinforcing Steel Fabrication Shop, Storage Building, Boiler Room, Weigh Scale House, Garage/Truck Storage and Raw Material Storage/Shop. Raw material (steel, rebar) outdoor storage laydown yards are located at several locations across the Property. The Property is owned and occupied by Mid American Steel, Inc. Railroad tracks owned and operated by the Northern Pacific Railroad transect the Property east-west.
