Additional Property Attributes

This parcel was auctioned by AISD and the City of Austin won the bid. It was used as a parking overflow lot for school activities and is close to some petroleum service stations. Will be turned into affordable housing. Former Use: Owned by AISD and one prior owner. It is in a residential neighborhood and has been vacant land across from the Burnet Junior High. The undeveloped parcel was sometimes used as overflow parking by the school during sporting events.
