Former Use: The Site is located at 6300 South Tallgrass Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and is located in Section 17, Township 100 North, Range 50 West, in the City of Sioux Falls, Lincoln County, South Dakota. The Property consists of a 4,400-square foot radio station consisting of two connected buildings surrounded by landscaped areas and a paved parking lot. The Property was likely undeveloped land or agricultural land before the radio station was constructed in the early 1960s.
