Former Use: The site consists of a 0.13-acre parcel with one, one-story, 1,350 square foot (sq. ft) building which was constructed in 1959. The site is currently owned Rutta & Levine Management, LLC, and is leased to Arrow Glass for commercial use.Historically, operations have included performing glass repairs and replacements on Site; however, current operations consist primarily of the storage of windshields with no actual repairs or replacements conducted at the site. Prior to 1993, the site was used as Ray�s Chevron Station.
