Additional Property Attributes

Building scheduled for demolition and replacement Summer/Fall 2017.

Former Use: Building constructed in late 1960's and was in operation as a Critical Access Hospital up until the Spring of 2017. Property owned by the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Construction of a new hospital on the same property was started in October 2015 and is scheduled for completion Summer/Fall of 2017,.
