Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a 36,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing building surrounded by paved parking lots and driveways to the north, south, west, and east. The building at the Property was constructed in the late 1980s. Historically, the Property was occupied by cultivated land and farmland from 1937 until the late 1980s, when industrial development at the Property commenced. The Property is currently occupied by the Lorain County Automotive Systems, Inc. manufacturing and warehousing facility, which includes the manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of metal vehicle seat components for the automotive industry.
