Additional Property Attributes

P-2 is part of the larger Mission Bay Development project area. The entire development area was subject to an extensive subsurface investigation (soil, soil gas and groundwater) and risk assessment, the results of which required the preparation of a Risk Management Plan and redecoration of deed restrictions. Both institutional and engineering controls are now required for all areas within Mission Bay. Development at Mission Bay started in 1999 and continues today. Expected completion of all redevelopment activities in Mission Bay is estimated to be 2023.Part of historic Mission Bay. Filled from 1877 to 1913. Past uses: lumber yard, wood/metal/garbage storage & disposal. Pastowners: RR cos., CCSF.
