Former Use: Number of Parcels and Acreage One parcel containing approximately 0.06 acres; Number of Building(s) and Square Footage - One single-story garage structure containing 500 square feet; Current Property Use Vacant with no occupants. Standard and other historical sources document that the subject property was developed with the current building in 1900. The property was occupied by a bank from 1900 until 1935, and was utilized for storage of the local fire truck from 1965 until 1976. We were unable to determine when the building became vacant, however, the building has been vacant for several years. We were unable to determine the occupants from 1935 until 1965 and from 1976 until the present. According to an interview with the subject property owner and longtime resident, no former tenants of concern (i.e. dry cleaners) were identified. The current owner did not have any knowledge of other occupants for the subject property. The structure was likely vacant during those times. Based on this information, we have not identified this data failure as a significant data gap.
