Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently vacant and was formerly single and multi-family residential. This site was in ODEQ's Brownfields Certificate Program. It switched to ODEQ's Voluntary Cleanup Program. Since the owner of the property is a city government, ODEQ was paying their oversight costs with the 128a grant. ODEQ's oversight costs are documented under assessment as pre-cleanup.

Redevelopment: Future redevelopment plans are unknown. This project is on hold indefinitely due to lack of funding.
