Additional Property Attributes

The Ottawa Visitors Center took ownership of the Property following the Phase I ESA and Reliance Letter. The Property has been redeveloped with fresh paint, new onsite curbs and asphalt pavement.

Former Use: The Property was historically depicted as a filling station between 1947 and 1981. Gasoline tanks were depicted on the southwest portion of the Property. The filling station building was smaller than its current day size. More recent uses include subdivided small office operations for insurance, hearing aid screening, and financial planning.
