Former Use: The Property consists of two (2) rectangular-shaped parcels of land encompassing 0.319-acres. The Property is located on the east side of the 1400 block of Chestnut Street. The Property is located in the City of Ottawa, LaSalle County, Illinois 61350. The Property is identified under the parcel reference numbers 18-02-503-007 and 18-02-502-002. The Property is currently abandoned. According to the City of Ottawa, the current Property owner is unknown. Six (6) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) are located on the Property. The Property is also used as a driveway off Chestnut Street to the east adjacent site, 1406 Chestnut Street, occupied by the Illinois Railway, Inc. switch yard.
