Former Use: Number of Parcels and Acreage- Two parcels totaling approximately 1.0 acre; Number of Building(s) and Square Footage - vacant land with no structures; Current Property Use - Two waste water lagoons Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred in 1998 with the construction of two wastewater lagoons on the eastern and western parcels. Prior to 1998 the property contained vacant land. The lagoons collect black water from 42 lots along Dogwood Hollow Drive. The black water is held in the lagoons, passed through a chlorinator/aerator, and then discharged to the ground west of the lagoons.
