Additional Property Attributes

These properties are suspected brownfields because they are in an urban adjacent to a very busy road, so PAHs are a possibility. Both properties had home heating oil tanks in the basement of residential buildings prior to conversion to natural gas. There are possibly some Asbestos Containing Materials and there is a mechanic pit in the garage with some type of fuel container.

Former Use: Both properties are residential.These properties are suspected brownfields because they are in an urban adjacent to a very busy road, so PAHs are a possibility. There are possibly some Asbestos Containing Materials and there is a mechanic pit in the garage with some type of fuel container. he Sara Holbrook Community Center (SHCC) has proposed to tear down 56 and 58 North Avenue to allow them to expand their current on 66 North Avenue. Redeveloping the current community center will allow SHCC to expand their pre-school and after school programs, as well as their adult learning classes. 10-12 full-time jobs will be created with the redevelopment of the Sara Holbrook Community Center.
