Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of six lots of land that have been either undeveloped or used for residential purposes since at least the 1960s. The Phase I ESA found that at some point in the past, fill material from the Sloan Valve operation in Augusta was placed on portions of the property. No information regarding the content of the fill material from the Sloan Valve operations are available. It is possible that the material may contain hazardous metals or other chemicals that could impact the project property. The City is interested in redeveloping the property for commercial use.
