Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of 1.11 acres and is developed with one small shed-like structure containing two scales located at the southern portion of the site. Additionally, a 30,000-gallon propane tank is located adjacent to the structure, connected by metal and rubber piping. Together, these structures serve as a weighing and filling station for the many empty tanks stored on the remaining undeveloped portion of the site.

Former Use: At the time of site inspection, the subject site was recorded as PIN number 3850-1443-1528 and developed with one small shed-like structure containing two scales located at the southern portion of the site. Additionally, a 30,000-gallon propane tank is located adjacent to the structure, connected by metal and rubber piping. Together, these structures serve as a weighing and filling station for the many empty tanks stored on the remaining undeveloped portion of the site. The subject site is approximately 1.11 acres. Based on historical information and review of Sanborn Maps, a small portion of the subject site has been developed since at least 1949, when the site was used as the Stallings Oil and Coal Company (Stallings). It appears that Stallings installed several fuel oil above ground storage tanks (ASTs) onsite. From 1949 to 1970, Stallings occupied the subject site and expanded their office space and fuel oil storage along the site. Stallings went out of business at this location sometime between 1970 and 1975. Brinn-Bobbitt LLC assumed ownership of the site from Mr. Stallings in 2015.
