Former Use: The subject site consists of 0.15 acres and is recorded as PIN number 3579-6930-1300. The site is vacant with no apparent structures. Based on historical information and review of aerial photographs, the subject site has been developed since at least 1949, when a filling station occupied the central portion of the subject site. A larger filling station structure replaced the original structure and is shown on the southern portion of the site from 1956 through 2009. Aerial photos from 2010 and later show the subject site in its current status as vacant land.
