Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located approximately 3 miles west of Inchelium, Washington and comprises of two areas divided by Bridge Creek Road (the northern and southern portion). The two said areas consist of soils of a different origin: the larger area contains soil removed during decommissioning of USTs at the Inchelium Wood Treatment Plant. The other area contains soils removed during the UST decommissioning at the Rainbow Beach Resort. There are also two mounds of material located on top of the land farm soils north of Bridge Creek Road; the origin and date of material deposition a the land farm is unknown. Former Use: This site has been used since 1993 as a land farm, providing area for bioremediation of petroleum contaminated soils from the Inchelium Wood Treatment Plant and the Rainbow Beach Report. Historical use of the Site prior to land farm construction was agricultural. In 2015, 494 soil samples associated with the Site were collected during the process of constructing and initializing active land farming. However, no essential analytical results regarding quality control procedures employed at the time of sampling analysis have been located.
