Additional Property Attributes

Surveys completed detected the presence of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint in the building. Proper precautions should be utilized during any building renovations or redevelopment. If building will be demolished, all asbestos-containing materials should be removed and disposed of according to all state and federal regulations.

Former Use: The building was the Fremont Municipal Building between 1966-1993. It has served as the Fremont Police Department since 1993 to present.
