Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently used as a Howard's Pizza Wine Mill restaurant facility that has been in this residential neighborhood for nearly 50 years. It is well loved by the residents and the need to expand and redevelop the structure is the reason for the Phase 1 & 2. The Phase II investigation did not identify and suspect petroleum conditions below the Site. The QEP does not recommend any further investigative tasks be completed.
