Additional Property Attributes

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment received a Brownfields application from Dodge City/Ford County Development office. They are requesting a Phase I Brownfield Targeted Assessment to be completed on a property located at the intersection of Comanche St. and 14th Ave. The property is approximately 4.8 acres in size and is formerly used for agriculture purposes. The goal of the project is to develop the property for retail use. The application has been approved. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) completed a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at the above referenced property in Dodge City, Kansas. Based on the Phase I report, no �Recognized Environmental Conditions� (RECs) were identified at the property. No further investigation is needed through the Brownfields Program and the property is cleared for redevelopment.
