Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is regulated by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. This parcel is considered as a home site and the tribes and residents are looking to upgrade the existing home structure to be livable dwelling. The structure will need to be tested for asbestos based on the vinyl flooring found on the first floor. The basement will have to be done in another phase because it is unsafe to enter with the existing remnants on the main floor. Asbestos needs to be tested which has been done for the first floor only. Closest approved asbestos landfill is Bannock County landfill Tier III.
