Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to Site interviews and available records, the Site appears to have been originally developed before 1918 with two railroad tracks trending towards the southern portion of the property, as well as at least two structures likely used for storage of material. Additional railroad tracks bound the western side of the property. Numerous stockpiles of material, likely pipe, is present through the Site. Prior to 1925, Industrial Avenue was not constructed and residential and industrial developments were completed on adjacent properties to the Site around that same time. Before 1925, several warehouses were constructed adjacent to the Site, consisting of pipeline, cold storage, and auto repair services. The Site appears generally similar between 1925 and sometime before 1976, when the railroad tracks in the southern portion of the Site appears to have been removed. The amount of pipe material on the Site substantially decreases sometime before 1994. Stockpiled material and the railroad that bounds the site to the west is completely removed sometime before 2006. Structures located on Site and on adjacent properties to the north and south are removed sometime before 2015, when the Site is apparently vacant. The Natrona County Library Foundation purchased the vacant property in 2009, which was previously owned by American Pipeyard.
