Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of a 39,500 square feet building divided into 5,295 sq.ft. office space and 33,575 sq. ft. warehouse. The warehouse has four truck-loading docks and three drive-in doors. The property is easily accessible to Ohio State Route 7 and rail access to NS Railway (Class I Rail Operator). Property has natural gas, electricity, water and wastewater utility service.

Former Use: Currently, the building is empty. Operational history includes an office building and distribution warehouse built and operated in 1966 by the Bellas Company dba Iron City Distributing Company. Iron City Distributing Company was eastern Ohio's oldest wholesaler specializing in the distribution of beer, wine, spirits, and a wide assortment of non-alcoholic beverages in the entire Ohio counties of Jefferson, Harrison, Belmont, and Monroe.
