Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Founded in 1946, Oliver Gregerson Enterprises was a small metal mining company that specialized in gold ore mining. The office was located at 6275 E. Warm Springs Avenue address. Various metals may have been stored on site from the mining operations that occurred around Idaho as Mr. Gregerson had multiple mining claims. Property was also formerly a Wildlife Park, a rehabilitation sanctuary for injured animals. In 2010 there was a fire that destroyed some of the structures on the property. There were more than 50 animals being rehabilitated at the park at the time of the fire, including emus, bighorn sheep, pygmy goats, raccoons, and beavers. When the fire department showed up on scene they discovered mercury. Efforts were focused on cleaning up the mercury. Previous owner collected and stored a multitude of vehicles, drums, sheds, batteries and other items on three of the northwestern parcels.
