Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed in 1941 with a single story residence. From 1970-1980, Old Pueblo Medical Group operated on the property. Other tenants included, Colville a & Thomas from 1984-1991, Colville & Associates from 1996-present day. Currently, it is situated on approximately 0.24 acres and contains one, single-story building that is occupied by Colville & Associates, a court reporting company. An asphalt-paved parking lot was constructed on the northern portion of the Property which was accessed from an alley along the northern border. The building was approximately 2,600 square feet and the exterior was constructed of brick and plaster. The interior of the structure was a typical office space with several offices, a conference room, kitchen and storage space, restrooms, and an open space with cubicles.
