Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed with an approximately 31,000 square foot, two-story multi-unit commercial building (Property building). The approximately 50-year-old Property building is wood d and constructed of masonry and wood on a concrete slab foundation. The floor and ceiling were observed with a large degree of moisture and mold appeared to be present on the walls. The remaining grounds consist of an asphalt paved parking lot located north of the Property building. The property was undeveloped up to 1976, followed by Eagle Grocery Store operations through 1996.
