Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Belmont Hotel was built on the site in 1935 and was utilized until 2008 when the Town of Superior evacuated the facility due to mold contamination. The goal of the Town of Superior is to rejuvenate the Belmont Hotel, revitalizing Main Street and opening it up for commercial use.
