Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is comprised of approximately 0.4-acre of developed land situated west of 10th Street and south of Jackson Street, both of which provide access to and from the Property. The Property is developed with a three-story, 19,405-square foot former office/warehouse building with a full basement constructed in 1892 and surrounding paved parking lot. The Property was last occupied by J.C. Andrus & Associates, Inc. which operated a surveying company. According to the Site contact (Mr. Jim Andrus), the building has sat vacant for the past 15 to 20 years and it has only been used for storage. According to city directories and FIRM, former occupants of the Property included: Wauseon Block (1904-1910); Carriage Furnishing (1905); Tillotson Manufacturing Company-carburetors (1915); Willcox MI Company-awnings (1920-1925); Toledo Lodge/ Oddfellows Central Building (1925-1930); Chapman Manufacturing auto repairs (1930-1940); Auto Body Repair and Spray Painting (1936); Motor Units Incorporated-auto parts (1946- 1951); Toledo Buckeye Auto Parts (1956); Ransom and Randolph Company (1963-1970); Litton Dental (1970-1974); Computer Results Corporation (1980-1985); multi-unit apartments (1990); and Case and Fleck Surveyors (1995).
