Additional Property Attributes

Master Works Automotive utilized assessment funds for a Phase II for possible expansion plans. Phase II completed. Soil contamination was found in three of the samples. Recommendation was a Soil Management Plan as that area will be excavated during construction. No VOCs and PAHs impacted the ground water and VOCs have not impacted sub slab vapors. End user will use Phase II to assist with financing the expansion. CCLRC involvement complete Owner did consolidate parcels and expanded the parking lot for the facility. He did not perform any environmental clean up to our knowledge.

Former Use: Operational History: 1775 S. Taylor had been used for automotive filling/service station operations since the mid-1930�s. 1789 S. Taylor Rd was residential until the house was demolished in 2015. Current Site Use: Site is now an automotive repair facility. Applicant to CCLRC: Master Works Automotive which hopes to expand its operations with an addition to its current building. Parcels were consolidated in 2017 to create one parcel number 683-32-095.
