Additional Property Attributes

CCLRC acquired this property through involuntary tax foreclosure. Three commercial/warehouse buildings on the site were demolished in late 2016. The Phase II revealed that no soil or groundwater has been impacted. We are now in discussions with developers for the site.

Former Use: CCLRC acquired this property in June 2015 and demolished three buildings. The 1.1-acre block is currently available for redevelopment; however, we have not identified an end user at this time. Operational history and current use(s) of the site: According to the Phase I prepared in September 2016, historically there were three buildings on the site utilized as a commercial parking garage, auto repair facility and dry cleaners over the last 90 years. CCLRC acquired the property involuntarily through state forfeiture in June 2015. The buildings were demolished in November 2016. Phase II resulted in no findings. Property is environmentally sound for redevelopment purposes.
