Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is a 0.33-acre parcel of vacant land (Brevard County Property Appraiser parcel # 24-36-32-02-G-20) located at 1112 Peachtree Street, Cocoa, Brevard County, Florida. Based on a review of the historical information, the site was undeveloped land in 1943 and by at least 1951 the site was developed with a residential building. The building was demolished in 2008. The site operated as a community garden from 2008 until 2013, when the community garden stopped its operations. The surrounding properties were historically used as various commercial and residential properties. Review of the historical documentation as well as the information provided by the client, identified historical drycleaning and auto repair facilities approximately 300 feet west and up-gradient relative to the site.
