Additional Property Attributes

No Recognized Environmental Conditions were identified for the property, however during site reconnaissance activities, lead-based paint (LBP) was identified on four building materials at the site. It was also determined asbestos-containing material (ACM) may be present at/in the building on the subject property.

Former Use: The approximately 1,200 square foot commercial building was built circa 1900 and was in use until 2010. Its most recent use was for retail but has been vacant since. The current owner of the building is the Grace Living Center that is a 501c3 non-profit organization. The owner intends to redevelop the building as a shelter and job training center for homeless women with a history of drug addiction. As part of the job training program a caf�ill be operated by the center to provide opportunities to learn work and social skills and support for the shelter. The local community has expressed its interest in having a caf�n the area as there are none presently.
