The historic use of the property as an auto-repair and filling station with the associated underground storage tanks are identified as RECs.

Former Use: The approximately 0.7 acre property is comprised of two adjoining parcels located in a residential community of St. Louis. Both parcels are currently vacant with no structures. The Members Only 3B OutReach Ministry is an incorporated nonprofit corporation that plans to use the property as an urban garden and gathering space for its charitable functions. The ministry was founded in 2016 and provides charitable, religious, and educational support to impoverished families.
