Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site was reportedly developed as a motel after 1954 and historically consisted of: a fuel service station building; two motel buildings; a detached residence; approximately five mobile homes; and other ancillary buildings. The main motel building was destroyed in a fire in February 2014, and the service station building was also recently destroyed in a more recent fire. The detached residence and two shed buildings (recently used as improvised residences) still remain at the Site. The USTs associated with the former service station had reportedly not been used since sometime before 1988 and had no record of being removed. The residence building appears to be in good condition, but the other buildings are in various states of disrepair.
