Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is zoned for �Recreation Zoning District.� An electrical substation, currently inactive, is located on the southern two-thirds of the Property and is surrounded by a metal chain-link fence with locked entrance gate. The northern one-third of the Property is grass-covered and unfenced. Surrounding properties are a mix of light industrial/commercial and residential properties to the east, and municipal park areas are to the north, west, and south. A railroad track borders the Property to the west, and North Weber Avenue borders to the east.
