Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in April 2018 revealed RECs associated with nearby land uses (retail gas, auto repair, dry cleaner) that offer the potential for migrating impacts. In addition, the relatively rural nature of the site offers the potential for a historical heating oil tank associated with a former residential/farm structure.

Former Use: Early to mid 1900's single family residential with small farm. Mid-1900's to early 2000's: multi-family residential
